Services: Credit brokerage, financing simulation, and connection with banking partners.

User: Any person accessing the Site or using our services.

Access to the Site is free and available 24/7, subject to the availability of services.

Access restrictions: Access is reserved for adults with the legal capacity to contract. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

Service interruption: Financea-Crédit does not guarantee the total absence of outages and reserves the right to temporarily interrupt access for technical maintenance.

Accuracy of information: The user guarantees that all information provided in the application form is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Liability: Financea-Crédit cannot be held liable for the consequences of inaccurate or fraudulent information.

Non-binding: Submitting an application does not constitute a contractual offer and does not automatically commit Financea-Crédit. A file analysis will be performed.

Free of charge: Reviewing your file and the financing simulation are entirely free.

Brokerage fees: Fees only apply in the event of acceptance and signing of the financing offer (varies according to the type and amount of the credit).

Transparency: Fees will be communicated to you before signing any offer.

Indicative nature: Simulator results are provided for indicative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual offer.

Variations: Actual rates depend on your profile, the complete file review, and the approval of banking partners.

Liability: Financea-Crédit cannot be held responsible for discrepancies between estimates and final conditions.

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the exclusive property of Financea-Crédit or used under license.

Prohibitions: Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation without authorization is strictly prohibited.

Financea-Crédit cannot be held responsible for:

• Interruptions or unavailability of the Site
• Data lost or corrupted during the use of the Site
• Financing refusals decided by banking partners
• Indirect, immaterial, or consequential damages

Declaration: Financea-Crédit is registered with ORIAS as an intermediary in banking operations and payment services (n° ORIAS).

GDPR compliance: All data processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Anti-fraud measures: Financea-Crédit applies anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measures in accordance with the law.

Applicable law: These Terms of Use are governed by French law.

Competent jurisdiction: Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Fréjus, France.
